A Resident
of Lake Havasu City since 1963!
|
In 1957, my grandfather, Chet Chenoweth, opened his first real estate office in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1958 Chet liked Lake Havasu so much he purchased 1,700 acres of it. In 1963, my parents, Lyle & Stellene, moved to Lake Havasu and opened Havasu's first real estate office. We watched as the London Bridge was being constructed, granite stone by stone, and Pittsburg Point was transformed from a peninsula into an island. Today, the London Bridge is here and so am I and my family.
I am a Realtor which requires schooling and education above the minimum requirements to obtain a real estate license. Realtors pledge to perform to a higher standard of ethics. I am a member of the Lake Havasu Multiple Listing Service ( MLS ) and the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors. The Lake Havasu MLS is a network consisting of hundreds of Realtors. There is strength and knowledge in the numbers of Realtors, resulting in a competitively priced real estate market that has an elite selection of homes, lots and other types of real estate for sale in and around Lake Havasu City.
If you feel a change is needed, come
visit Lake Havasu City. Enjoy the thriving desert community along the Colorado
River & the world famous London Bridge. Walk the sandy beaches and view
forty-five miles of sparkling blue lake in the middle of a mountainous Arizona
desert. Come and witness first hand how Lake Havasu has developed from a dream
drawn on paper into the flourishing Colorado River community it is today. As a
third generation Realtor I'd be honored to share my knowledge of real estate and
the history of Lake Havasu. I can find the real estate property you've been
looking for or have it built tailored to your needs.
