About Lance Matzdorff

I am a native Arizonan and one of only a handful of Lake Havasu pioneers that has been in Lake Havasu prior to its origination in 1964.

In 1958 my grandfather invested in 1,700 acres to the immediate north of Lake Havasu, a year after he opened his real estate office in Phoenix, AZ. My Father, Mother & I moved to Havasu in 1963 and opened the first real estate office in the Lake Havasu area. My Father & Grandfather showed acreage from their air planes and soon were known as the Flying Realtors.

As a resident of Lake Havasu City since 1963, I am well aquatinted with Lake Havasu City and the surrounding areas. I am also familiar with acreage and new developments between Lake Havasu City and Kingman, Arizona. As a pioneer of Havasu, I have experienced the past and present market trends and witnessed unfathomable changes.

Three generations later, customer trust and service continue. I believe honesty, reputation and results are what have made it possible to carry on the family trade generation after generation.

I thoroughly enjoy the beauty of the desert that surround Havasu and its vastness. 
 The desert, in such an unnatural way, complimented by the lake, has kept my family and I from wandering.

I love boating, water skiing, camping, riding ATVs and off-road exploration.
 There is always an outdoor activity that entertaining for the family year round.
My family consists of three boys, a daughter and my wife Sherry.
   I am a family person and enjoy doing activities with the family.

I am not a "pushy" sales person and treat others as I'd like to be treated.   I believe in doing any job to my very best.   I know I will be in Havasu for years to come.
My dedication is in making someone happy by doing a job right.  This is also my gratification.
